Gutted they've sold to Getir.

Quality is better, drivers able to find my house every time (not easy), and arrive on time.

It used to be great and reliable delivery service but not anymore! I literally waited 1h30 for my delivery why it should have take 30min. Unable to track the rider and my delivery showed delivered while not… the rider showed 20min later without an apology. Customer service in the chat was not responding… very bad - stay away and use other company!

After waiting for an hour to get our delayed delivery, it was suddenly cancelled on thier end for reasons unknown! I mean wth, how can they even get away with that!

Last few deliveries before that was also delayed, but this was the final nail in the coffin for me. Looks like we will be going back to Wolt for our groceries.

Prompt delivery of quality necessities run-out last minute Plus got a load of scrummy foods in a Too-Good-to-go bag - my tummy’s thrilled at all the value food saved from waste. Been using Gorrilas for awhile now and they’ve never let me down. Plus their delivery drivers are always so smiley and fabulous:)

Well impressed! Nothing but praise for this grocery delivery company! Great selection of top quality groceries and items on offer and not just the standard brands you find in the supermarkets. Super impressed by Gorillas' fantastic vegan food options.
Orders always arrive super quick and sometimes even before the estimated delivery time! Definitely a pactical and convenient service, saving time and hassle of having to drive to the shops oneself.

The App is lying to your face that your order will be 5-25 mins. The driver is 'on the way' 90 minutes later, the GPS shows nothing. The chat is not working at night as no agents are available (which is dumb considering when people order stuff). Either write realistic delivery times (and I'll go to a competition if I'm in rush) or fricken hire more drivers if you want stay competitive.

Ordered from battersea gorillas a few times and when my items haven’t been available, A young gentleman will called will call to let me know, he even added in a extra item for the inconvenience but the last few orders I haven’t received a call to notify me if any items are missing, when I called to raise a complaint I wasn’t impressed the manager of the warehouse was rude and unhelpful, he seemed more concerned with questioning the missing items! finally after hassling and arguing I managed to get a refund but will not be using gorillas again. Quality of service has gone down so much in the last 6 months. I work from home and order over £200 worth food at times because it started out convenient but it’s now a hassle.

I truly cannot believe how unreliable Gorillas has become. They used to be my go-to app for groceries, but now they are so unreliable you can be assured you won't receive your order. Every order I place is cancelled after two or three hours of waiting for delivery. Insane.

Used to be great and arrive so quickly. Now I’m lucky if it turns up within 2 hours so you just have to cancel your plans and sit around. Even had an order just not turn up before as they were so slow they ended up closing for the night so couldn’t even get hold of any customer service. Customer service is now non existent and there’s no way to cancel an order once placed. Such a shame as used to be great but now a total scam - stay clear!

Used to love them now can’t stand them!!! Once upon a time they were my goto delivery service but now they have definitely let their standards slip A LOT!!! Never any promotions for existing customers an after finally receiving an email with a promotion I could use I fill my basket with excitement only then for a pop up to tell me all items 20 of them are out of stock it clears my basket so head to the home page to see they have shut the store!! I mean seriously???! So with certainty I can definitely at I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!

The produce quality is abysmal. Deliveries show up over an hour after you order. And they often forget products. And when they forget they’ll only send you what’s missing if you order more products… big decline. Don’t waste your time/money with them.

twice they arrived faster than if I would just go to local shop and back.

I used an invitation coupon so I had 15GBP off.

but they are too expensive without promo codes I think.

Onions for example cost 1.5GBP there, and same onions cost less than 1 GBP in local shop

with coupon it is same or difference insignificant, but without coupon it is too expensive

Avoid at all costs. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Not only was the delivery late but an essential item was missing from my delivery and Gorillas refuse to refund the delivery charge. It has taken me over an hour just to get the item refunded. If you live in west London use Ocado zoom. It’s reliable and the customer service is great.
